Talk to Zatanna in the Chinatown PD and she will ask you to head to the Tomorrow District. Circe's Beastiamorphs are attacking the Amazons and she needs you to help.

The Beastiamorphs are capturing the Amazons and turning them into Beastiamorphs. Help release 10 of the Amazons from Circe's spell.

And while you are at it, defeat some of those Beastiamorphs. 20 should do.
