Tips:

Scout Tiken is standing next to a Communication Array on top of a building in Little Bohemia. Talk to him and he will ask you to retrieve 10 Access Codes from the Gorilla Brigadiers on the floating platforms.

Get up to the floating platforms and defeat the Gorilla Brigadiers. They will drop the Access Codes as loot.

After you collect 10, return to the Communication Array next to Scout Tiken and use 'E' on it.
