Find Lightkeeper Taleb standing on top of a building in Metropolis Chinatown. He will ask you to summon some Soul Globes and destroy them.

Use 'E' on the Magent Soul Wells to summon the Soul Globes. Soulless Thralls will try to thwart your efforts.
