Head to the waypoint that Batman gave you. Poison Ivy's plants are plaguing Gotham's citizens with pheremones, causing them to work for Ivy. Rescue 15 of these citizens.

Destroy 10 of the plant pods that are emitting the pheremones.

And rescue 10 of the citizens from their cocoons.
