Head to the Metropolis General Hospital and enter.

The Security Guards will try to stop you. Stop them instead!

The Metapatients are hallucinating and attacking you. Slap some sense into them!

Dr. Psycho likes to play mind games. He is playing one on you right now! He is using his powers to make you think he is invisible. Find him and put the hurt on the lil guy.

There are 5 of these orange bio-hazard containers in the Meta Research Wing. Carry them to the Incinerator for a feat. You will need to 'E' the terminal next to the Incinerator after placing the last container.

Continue following Dr. Psycho. He will stop in another room and play another one of his mind games. This time he makes you think that there is a whole room full of him. Defeat him and his hallucinations.

Finally, Dr. Psycho will stop in one last room and play yet another mind game on you. This time he makes you think that he has Supergirl, Wonder Woman and Power Girl helping him, plus some more of his dopplegangers. Defeat them all.

Arrest Dr. Psycho after you defeat him and release Supergirl from the Red Sun Forcefield that the Doc has her trapped in.
