Tips:

Heroes: Speak to the Phantom Stranger in the Midnight Masquerade to begin the mission.

Villains: Speak to Tala.

You will be told that Klarion the Witchboy is behind the Masked Apparition attacks on the Trick-or-Treaters in Gotham.

To Defeat Klarion, you must place the five crystals on the pedestals in the room. After you do some damage to Klarion, the first two will appear. You will then need to do some more damage to him to get next two. When he is near defeated, you will eventually receive the last one.

Pick them up and place them on the pedestals as they spawn.

Before the last crystal spawns, Oracle or Calculator will have a Charm called the Magical Magnet teleported into the room to help you with the Masked Apparitions that spawn. Though, I do not think it is actually necessary to use it.

After the fifth crystal is placed, use 'E' on Klarion to subdue him. Phantom Stranger or Tala will then come in to take him prisoner.
